The controller for this website is FELGRA Real Estates GmbH, Brunnenweg 6, 8750 Judenburg, Austria. You may also contact this address by post to exercise your privacy rights.
Website delivery and security involve data including your IP address, request time, requested page and technical browser information. The website runs on a Hetzner server platform. Fonts load from our website. We have not integrated our own analytics or marketing services.
Enquiries involve the contact details and messages you provide and, where applicable, travel dates, guest numbers, product quantities or delivery details. Processing serves to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); general correspondence relies on our legitimate interest in communication (point (f)). Blanket consent is not required. These forms do not request payment or credit card details. Supabase and a Google SMTP relay are used for storage and email delivery. The primary Supabase project region is EU (Ireland). An acknowledgement and, where configured, an internal notification are sent.
Interactive maps load only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The OpenStreetMap Foundation in the United Kingdom receives data including your IP address and browser details. Map tiles may come from a global server network. See the OSMF privacy policy.
Your map choice, time, expiry and information version are stored in this browser for 180 days without a visitor identifier. You may withdraw through Privacy settings in the footer at any time. Loaded maps are removed and further requests stop. FELGRA cannot retrieve transmitted data or delete storage controlled by another provider. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
During the browser session, portal navigation remembers the originating section and keyboard focus for your return. Protected administration uses necessary login cookies. External booking and information websites open only when you follow their links.
